Special order large items or orders dropped shipped directly from the manufacturer will usually ship within 3-5 business days. Drop shipped merchandise is noted in the description of the item. Shipping Cost: We have a flat rate shipping charge of $8.50 (If a small item is ordered such as a Ruby bit, wood burning tips, one tube of paint, artist brushes or several pair or eyes, weighing under 13 oz’s including the box, then we will ship by USPS first Class Mail for $1.94 to $3.64 with tracking. We will adjust the shipping cost on the invoice before charging your card. Some items cannot go USPS First Class Mail without getting damaged and must go in a larger box to protect them.) We will do our best to recommend the best tools for your project. If you’re not satisfied anytime within 90 days, call for return authorization number. We will gladly exchange the product, refund the purchase price or give you a credit, whichever you prefer. All returned merchandise must be sent back in its original container/bag, in a completely unaltered state.

Kilns are not returnable.
Each kiln is configured to order. What happens if I order the wrong voltage or phase? Changing the phase is easy on a Jupiter or DaVinci kiln because of the unique way in which we do our circuits. Changing the phase on an Easy-Fire kiln requires switching the control panel – which is very easy to do. Contact factory for details. Changing the voltage is not so easy. You need to change all the elements. While we do not accept responsibility for others mistakes we do our best to minimize the expense. Call the factory if this happens and we will sell you a set of appropriate elements at a deep discount.
