When and how will my order ship?
Most In-stock orders placed by 11 a.m. EST Tuesday through Friday are shipped the same day. We do not ship on days other than store open hours days. So we do not ship on Saturday, Sunday & Monday.
Packages usually arrive at your location in 1 to 3 business days for most of the eastern half of continental U.S. . Four to five days for the rest of the country, Extreme parts of Washington, Oregon and California may be up to 6 days. No shipping on weekends.
Greg Dorrance Co. ships most domestic packages by United Parcel Service; smaller items may ship by United States Postal Service Priority Mail. UPS and USPS tracking numbers are e-mailed at the end of the day. International orders may take several days for customs paperwork and shipping chargers to be calculated. Special order large items or orders dropped shipped directly from the manufacturer will usually ship within 3-5 business days. Drop shipped merchandise is noted in the description of the item. We will quote shipping cost and delivery times at order confirmation.

Shipping Cost: We have a flat rate shipping charge of $8.50 (continental lower 48 U.S. ) That is a maximum of $8.50 total shipping charge for continental lower 48 U.S.
Items marked “extra shipping charges apply” or items such as lumber, artist canvas, wood, wood panels, large epoxy resins, hardener, art boards, or gallon sized paints/mediums, clay, glazes or other extra heavy, large size, special packaging, large pads, large sheets of paper, or hazmat items will be quoted before shipping and billed actual shipping and handling charges.
WE DO NOT SHIP TO EU COUNTRIES.
Remember, international customers will be responsible for any taxes and import duties. Shipping rates quoted do not include duties, taxes or other non-routine customs brokerage charges. Other shipping charges, surcharges charges may apply. They will be collected upon delivery. You should contact your local authorities to see if any other charges will apply.
Shipping of plaster, clay, glazes, wood or any combination of other heavy items does not qualify for flat rate shipping. Actual shipping and handling charges will be quoted and e-mailed for approval before shipping.
Shipping of paper/boards- 10-SHEET MINIMUM PURCHASE on all orders for paper/boards does not qualify for flat rate shipping.
We want your paper to arrive without damage. You may select any combination of papers that equals 10 sheets.

We search for the best products available. Most we have used on a daily basis for over thirty years in our store and restoration shop. We will do our best to recommend the best tools for your project. If you’re not satisfied anytime within 90 days, call for return authorization number. We will gladly exchange the product, refund the purchase price or give you a credit, whichever you prefer. Actual shipping cost will not be refunded. If you were charged our flat rate cost and the actual cost to ship to you was more, that amount will be deducted from your credit. All returned merchandise must be sent back in its original container/bag, in a completely unaltered state.
Our guarantee does not apply air brushes, power tools or their accessories. These items are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty only. Wood, paper or other items cut to size are not returnable.
Special-order items and factory drop ships are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Special-order non-stock items and cut to size materials are not returnable and will be noted at time of order.
If we shipped an item in error, we will credit the return shipping charges and re-ship the correct item at our expense.
Brushes are not returnable.
Brushes are not returnable unless defective. They must be returned to the manufacturer for problems.
Kilns are not returnable.
Each kiln is configured to order. What happens if I order the wrong voltage or phase? Changing the phase is easy on a Jupiter or DaVinci kiln because of the unique way in which we do our circuits. Changing the phase on an Easy-Fire kiln requires switching the control panel – which is very easy to do. Contact factory for details. Changing the voltage is not so easy. You need to change all the elements. While we do not accept responsibility for others mistakes we do our best to minimize the expense. Call the factory if this happens and we will sell you a set of appropriate elements at a deep discount.
