For centuries, France’s Arches mill has created some of the world’s most popular artist papers, for many different uses. Each paper is mouldmade of 100% cotton and bears a watermark unique to the individual grade.

Arches papers offer conservation quality, symbolized by the sign of infinity in the watermark of each (see watermarks below). High quality Arches papers offer both beauty and preservation to all those who depend upon paper to endure.

These papers are well-suited to most printmaking and drawing techniques.

Johannot is an acid free mouldmade paper comprised of 75% cotton and 25% esparto fibers. The sheets are lightly textured, have four deckle edges and a registered watermark.

Excellent for: Wood Engraving, Lithography, Letterpress, Linocut, Intaglio Etching, Silkscreen, Typography, Embossing and Foil Stamping.
